HUCM Annual Residency Fair

2026 Student Registration
Past Participating Programs

The Howard University College of Medicine Residency Fair, hosted by the HUCM Student Council, is a student-led initiative that brings together residency programs from across the country and medical students from the DMV and beyond.

This annual event provides a unique opportunity for residency programs to meet and engage directly with prospective applicants in an open and collaborative setting. Programs are able to showcase their specialties, highlight away elective and research opportunities, and share insights about their training environment.

Unlike a traditional job fair, the Residency Fair is a symposium for connection and mentorship—a space where students and program representatives can exchange knowledge, build relationships, and help shape the next generation of physician leaders. The fair is open to Howard medical students as well as students from other institutions, making it a vibrant and diverse networking experience.
